Features:

1. The standard cylindrical magnetic rod has a diameter of 25mm (1 inch), and the length can be processed according to customer requirements, with the longest reaching 2500mm. Square or other magnetic rods of different shapes and sizes can also be provided.

2. Use 304 or 316L seamless stainless steel pipes with a polished surface to meet the special requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, and other fields.

3. The standard working temperature is ≤ 80 ℃, and under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350 ℃.

4. Diversified design at both ends - pointed, threaded holes, bolts, etc.

5. By using ferrite permanent magnets and different grades of rare earth permanent magnets, magnetic rods with different surface magnetization can be produced to meet the needs of customers. The maximum surface magnetization of a D25mm magnetic rod can reach 13000GS.

Application field:

Magnetic bars are mainly used in magnetic separators composed of magnetic frames, which can effectively remove iron impurities and small metal particles from loose or flowing raw materials.
