Fluid pipeline iron remover, also known as magnetic fluid iron remover or magnetic fluid filter, is used in fluid, semi fluid and other fluid materials with different viscosities to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles, keep the materials clean, and protect downstream production equipment.

The insulated fluid iron remover is equipped with a sandwich layer, which can be filled with insulation materials such as water and oil to ensure that the insulation requirements of the flowing liquid materials are met. It is an ideal choice for iron removal of materials such as chocolate, jam, and syrup.

Features:

1. To adapt to various usage conditions, we have developed various types of fluid iron removers.

2. The magnetic force can be selected within the same range as the magnetic frame, with a normal type (N style) up to 12000GS and an easy to clean type (E style) up to 8000GS.

3. The standard working temperature is ≤ 80 ℃, and under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350 ℃.

4. By utilizing designs such as flanges, clamps, bolt plates, or quick release clips, magnetic components can be easily installed, removed, and cleaned.

5. The pipeline materials are available in 304 or 316L stainless steel.

6. Reasonable structural design ensures the best iron removal effect while not hindering the flow of materials.

7. Pressure usage requirements or other special requirements can be based on customer requirements.
